If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Bot. Leafy is operated by Leafy Development Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Leafy, you confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your Discord server.

2. Service Description

Leafy provides:
  • Roblox account verification via official OAuth 2.0
  • CAPTCHA-based bot protection
  • Automated role management and nickname synchronization We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Use the Bot in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service
  • Maintain proper permissions for Bot operation in your server
  • Ensure all user data is processed lawfully
  • Not attempt to bypass security measures

4. Data Processing

By using our verification services:
  • User data (Discord ID, Roblox ID) is processed for verification only
  • All data is stored securely and handled per our Privacy Policy
  • Manipulation of verification data may result in permanent bans

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Leafy for:
  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Harassment or impersonation
  • Attempting to bypass security features
  • Violating third-party rights
  • Automated spam or abuse

6. Service Availability

The Bot is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. We may perform maintenance without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Leafy and related materials are our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Bot.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Bot usage.
